摘要
采用复合直接迭代法求解Reynolds方程,应用变形矩阵法求解表面变形,针对点接触弹流问题中粗糙度的影响进行深入研究,讨论波动表面不同波长、不同幅值条件下粗糙度对压力和油膜厚度的影响.计算结果表明,膜厚较小时,粗糙度对压力和膜厚分布影响较大,是分析润滑性能时必须考虑的因素.
The effects of roughness on the EHL lines contact problems are numerical computation studied in depth,the Reynolds equation is solved with compound iteration method,and the surface elastic deformation is solved with deformation matrix method.The effects of different wavelength,amplitude on pressure distributions and film thickness are discussed.Calculation results show that the roughness has great influence on thin film thickness,and the effects of roughness must be taken into account in the analysis of the lubrication performance.
