Risk evaluation of investments for universities based on the AHP-priority-degree evaluating method

介绍高校对外投资的基本理念、风险评估的意义和方法,以国内外研究为基础,对高校对外投资进行风险识别,并具体分析每类风险的影响因素.针对高校对外投资的特点,提出一种基于AHP-优度评价法的高校风险评价方法.以大连市某高校为例,运用该方法定量评估高校对外投资风险,并提出风险控制对策.

This paper introduces the fundamental knowledge of investments for universities,such as meanings and methods.Risk identification is done for investment for the universities based on domestic and international research results,and influencing factors of each risk is analyzed.A approach for investments for universities on the basis of AHP-priority-degree evaluating method is put forward as well.In addition,this paper takes a university in Dalian as an example,a quantitative risk analysis is carrried out to evaluate the investment risk for the universities using the above method.Finally the risk control measures are given.
