压缩机变频装置移相输出系统及实现方法

Phase-Shifting of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Inverter Controller and Its Implementation

摘要 压缩机同步电机变频控制是一个难点。根据变频矢量分布图和控制模型,提出变频移相输出方法,移相阀值为4.7μs,死区为2.8μs。设计出装置的系统功能模块,在温度为50℃试验条件下连续运行1 h验证控制器可靠。 The control of PMSM compressor is a key problem. According to vector distribution and control model, the method of phase-shifting was proposed with phase-shift threshold of 4.7 μs and dead-band of 2.8 μs. The function module of controller was designed. The tests condition was that temperature was 50 ℃in one hour. The result showed the reliability of controller.
