大连市男男性接触者有关情况及HIV、HCV、梅毒、HBV感染状况调查

目的了解大连市男男性接触者(MSM)HIV、HCV、梅毒、HBV感染状况,为有效干预提供依据。方法 2008年4月～2012年8月,对大连市部分MSM人群进行血清学检测和问卷调查。结果调查2006人,最近6个月与男性发生肛交性行为时坚持使用安全套者占42.87%(860/2006)。检测2006人,HIV、HCV、梅毒感染率分别为5.23%(105/2006)、1.10%(22/2006)、16.55%(332/2006),其中HIV、梅毒均感染者35例,HIV、梅毒、HCV均感染者5例。HBV感染率为79.26%(1590/2006),其中HBsAg阳性率为4.99%(100/2006),抗-HBs阳性率为25.92%(520/2006)。结论大连市MSM人群HIV、梅毒感染率较高,为艾滋病、性病的高危人群。

Objective To investigate the infectious rate of HIV、HCV、Syphilis and HBV among men who have sex with men（MSM） to provide scientific basis for developing and implementing the corresponding the intervention measures for AIDS prevention and control.Methods Some MSM Serology examination and questionnaire survey were used in April to July in 2008-2012.Results A total of 2006 MSM in Dalian were surveyed,In recent 6 months,the male had when the anal sex sex act used the Condom to account for 42.87（860/2006）.HIV、HCV,syphilis infection percentage respectively is5.23%（105/2006）、1.10%（22/2006）、16.55%（332/2006）,Among the studied MSM there were 35 persons confirmed as the concurrent infection of HIV and Syphilis and one person was confirmed as the concurrent infection of HIV,The infection rat of HBV is 79.26%,the positive rate of HBsAg is 4.99%,the positive rate of the anti--HBs is 25.92%.Conclusion The infectious rate of HIV,Syphilis in MSM was high in Dalian and there were a variety of unfavorable factors to expand the dissemination of them,Safe sex involved behavior intervention programs should be effectively carried out as well as strengthened health education programs to MSMs in order to control the rapidspead of HIV/STDs.
