Research and Analysis of Biosafety Administration Status quo of Causative Bacteria Laboratories of Dalian City in 2008-2010

目的了解大连市医疗卫生机构病原微生物实验室生物安全管理现状,为卫生行政部门提供决策依据。方法 2008-2010年对大连市医疗机构、疾病预防控制机构病原微生物实验室进行现场调查。结果各年份医疗卫生机构的生物安全备案情况有统计学意义(P<0.05),各项调查内容的合格率呈逐年上升趋势。结论我市已逐步建立起生物安全管理体系,取得了可喜的成绩。

Objective The purpose of the study was to research biosafety status quo of causative bacteria laboratories of Dalian,thereby offering health administrative department for policy making basis.Methods on the spot investigation into causative bacteria laboratories of Dalian was conducted,including medical institutions,center for disease preventionand control.Results Different years the difference between the passing rate of causative bacteria laboratories.The qualified rate in the contents of investigation were improved year by year from 2008 to 2010.Conclusion Causative bacteria laboratories of Dalian have established biosafety administration syst em gradually,It was effective in laboratory biosafety.
