摘要
目的掌握大连市戊肝流行特征,为制订防制规划提供准确依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法分析我市戊肝疫情资料。结果 1997-2010年戊肝年均发病率为2.89/10万;市区发病率高于郊区及农村;冬春季发病高于夏秋季;男女性别比为3.12:1;75～79岁人群发病专率为8.54/10万;家务及待业、工人及离退人员为主要发病人群。结论加强食品卫生和饮水卫生监督管理,加强疫情报告,做好卫生宣传教育。
Objective To master the epidemic characteristics of Hepatitis E in Dalian,and to provide accurate basis for implementing preventive plan.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was performed to analyze the information of Hepatitis E.Results From 1997-2010,the average incidence of Hepatitis E was 2.89 /100 000;the average incidence of Hepatitis E was highest in urban which was highest in March and April;the sex ratio（male：female） was 3.12：1;the age of 75~79 years of patients with Hepatitis E was 8.54/100 000.Conclusion Measures should be taken to strengthen the management and monitor of hygiene of food and drinking water.Also,the report of infectious disease and the health propagandas should be well done.
