摘要
"师徒结对"是学校培养青年教师的重要形式和途径。实践表明,在一些学校,从学校管理者到青年教师再到老教师,对"师徒结对"培养青年教师的效果并没有给予较高的评价。之所以出现这种局面,根本的原因在于,"师徒结对"作为一种教育形式,一方面所学乃缄默性知识,这种知识通常在短时间内难以显现其效果;另一方面,作为一种模仿学习,它需要有明确的目标指向、应有的敬畏之心、绝对的服从态度。有效"师徒结对"的实践展开,需要进行问题分析、需求分析、"师傅"特征分析。
"Pairs of Master-Apprentice" is an important form and method for training young teachers in schools. The practice shows that in some schools, from administrators to young teachers, even the old teachers, have never thought highly of "Pairs of Master-Apprentice". Why does such a situation exist? The fundamental reason is that, as a form of teaching, "Pairs of Master-Apprentice" always teaches a kind of tacit knowledge and cannot achieve immediate effect. On the other hand, as a way of imitation learning, "Pairs of Master-Apprentice" needs definite goals, heart of awe and also obedient attitude. What' more, the effective practice of "Pairs of Master-Apprentice" also needs the analysis of problems, demands and masters' features .
