摘要
教师作为一种建基于科学立场的复杂性劳动且专业性高于职业性的职业,对其专业性问题本身及其缘由的认识,需从其专业性的元理论高度,即从专业性这个概念的本质特性的高度进行解析,以此来判断作为与人类共在的教师职业的专业性内涵中的规范性、逻辑一致性、相关性、理性性、感性性、专业性度、社会历史性以及实践合理性等本质特性。同时,在教师的专业性与不专业性之间离析出合理界限,希望为认识处于教师教育改革与发展热潮中的教师队伍建设和教师质量提升问题开阔理性视野。
As a profession based on higher scientific position and complexity of labor and professionalism than occupational characteristics, teachers' professional problems and their reason should be approached from the required height of its professional recta-theory, i. e. , from the concept of professional essential characteristics, so as to determine the normative professional connotation as in the teaching profession and human, logical consistency, relevance, rationality, perceptivity, professional degree, and social and historical as well as practical rationality and other essential characteristics. At the same time, based on seperation of reasonable boundaries between teachers' professionalism and non-professionalism, the author hopes to display a rational perspective on the issue of development of teachers' team and improvement of teachers' level in the issue of teacher education reform and development boom.
