论我国企业家报酬制度的变迁与创新 被引量:4

摘要 “长期激励空缺”是我国企业家报酬制度中一个独特的历史难题。解决这一历史难题 ,需要结合国情批判地借鉴国际企业界期权报酬制度等有效经验。为此 ,本文在概括分析我国企业家报酬制度的主要问题和评述从“承包制”到“年薪制”的制度变迁基础上 ,专门探讨了我国企业家报酬制度创新面临的现实障碍与政策选择。作者认为 ,推行企业家期权报酬制度创新 ,应根据上市公司、高科技企业、非上市国有大、中。
