干部学院要建设特有校风,既要把握教育机构校风建设的一般规律,又要符合党的干部培训机构校风建设的特殊要求,同时要在准确分析自身使命和特色的基础上,确定一个与自身定位和所承担任务使命相适应的校风建设目标,走出一条符合干部学院特点的校风建设之路。

Every executive leadership academy should establish its unique school ethos.General rule of education should be followed in the construction of the leadership institutes,which also demand to conform to the requirements of Party members＇ training.Moreover,each leadership institute should set up a concrete target as well as unique school ethos in order to better fulfill their tasks.
