黑龙江省主要工业部门能源碳排放强度及因素分析

摘要 通过分解模型分析影响黑龙江省主要工业部门能源碳排放强度的因素。研究表明:黑龙江省主要工业部门能源碳排放强度变动由行业碳排放强度和行业产出份额共同作用,行业碳排放强度贡献远大于行业产出份额,行业碳排放强度下降较快对碳排放强度整体水平下降起到了主导作用。2005-2010年,石化工业的碳排放在黑龙江省主要工业部门的碳排放量中占主导地位,黑龙江省主要工业部门的碳排放强度整体处于下降水平,降低石化工业、能源工业、黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业的碳排放强度。对黑龙江省工业部门碳排放强度的下降起到主导作用。最后,提出了相应的减排政策建议。 Research shows : the change of industrial sector energy carbon emissions intensity was caused by industry emissions intensity and industry output share in Heilongjiang Province,industry emissions intensity is far greater than the industry output share to contribution,industry emissions intensity decreased rapidly to the carbon emissions intensity overall decline has played a leading role. From 2005 to 2010 ,petrochemical industrial carbon emissions of the major industrial sector in carbon emissions are dominant in Heilongjiang province, the main industry department of carbon emissions intensity in the overall is declining in Heilongiiang Prov- ince, reducing the petrochemical industry, energy industry, black metal smelting and rolling processing of carbon intensity on the in- dustrial sector plays a leading role in the carbon intensity of decline in Heilongjiang province. Finally, the emission reduction policy recommendations are proposed.
