油田稠油污水回用热采锅炉处理工艺探讨 被引量:11

摘要 为实现春风油田稠油采出污水资源化回用,减少稠油热采开发过程中的地下水资源消耗量,根据该油田采出污水水质高盐、高硬度的特点,结合热采锅炉用水水质要求,提出了"机械压缩蒸发"和"双膜淡化"2种污水回用处理技术,从工艺技术特点、工艺流程、实际应用的成熟度、处理效果、投资及运行成本、产水率及节约水资源能力等方面对2种工艺进行综合比较和分析,提出工艺选择建议,并针对各工艺应用现状及存在的高投资、高成本等问题,提出下一步的工作建议。 In order to reuse the sewage produced from heavy oil recovery of Chunfeng Oilfield, and reduce the groundwater consumption during the steam injection and exploitation of heavy oil, considering the high salinity and high hardness of the oilfield produced water, as well as the quality requirement of thermal recovery boiler feed water, two kinds of processes: "MVC" and "UF+RO" were proposed. Through the comprehensive comparison and analysis of the two processes from aspects of technical characteristics, process flow, technical maturity for practical use, treatment effect, investment and operation cost, water production rate, water and energy saving and so on, some advice about process selection were put forward. Besides, based on the application status of the two processes and their existing problems like being expensive in investment and operation, some suggestions for further work were given.
