摘要 多种信号通路调节和维持子宫平滑肌在妊娠期间的相对静止平衡,及在分娩期过渡到收缩状态。细胞内的环磷酸腺苷通过对多种胞内靶点的影响,促进子宫肌层的松弛。现就环腺苷酸信号通路中所涉及的酶及新靶点,如腺苷酸环化酶、磷酸二酯酶、磷酸腺苷激活蛋白激酶等,及其在早产中的可能应用予以综述。 Multiple signalling pathways govern the switch from maintaining relative uterine quiescence during gestation,to the contractile state at term.Intracellular cyclic AMP effects on multiple intracellular targets to promote myometrial relaxation.Here is to make a review on the enzymes involved in cAMP signalling pathway,including adenylyl cyclises,phosphodiesterases,adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase,and the possible application in preterm labour.
