脂肪源性干细胞的功能与应用

摘要 脂肪源性干细胞是一类可以自我更新、繁殖的干细胞,具有一般干细胞的多向分化潜能和稳定的体外多代增殖能力。不仅能在不同诱导因子的作用下分化成为脂肪细胞、成骨细胞、软骨细胞、肌细胞、神经细胞等,而且还能分泌一定数量的与细胞成熟有关的细胞因子及多种促进血管生成因子和凋亡因子,并能通过旁分泌作用于成纤维细胞,促进其分泌Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原和纤连蛋白,促进胶原合成,可发挥抗炎、抗氧化、抗衰老、损伤修复等作用。 Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs)are a type of stem cells,which have the properties of self-renewal and differentiation,with multi-directional differentiation and stenoplastic multi-generational proliferative capacity in vitro as the general stem cells.ADSCs not only can differentiate to adipose cells,skeltogenous cells,cartilage cells,muscle cells,nerve cells and so on,but also can secrete some cytokines related with cell maturation,various angiogenic factors and apoptotic factors,and act through paracrine effects on fibroblasts,promoting the secretion of type I,III collagen and fibronectin,which promotes collagen synthesis.It also has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-aging,and damage repair effect.
