摘要 肾上腺是人体内重要的内分泌器官之一,对人体的生理功能有重大影响,随着影像学及临床技术的发展,肾上腺肿瘤在临床工作中也越来越常见。特别是近年来磁共振成像检查技术在腹部的日益成熟,结合动态增强扫描、化学位移成像扫描技术以及其任意方位成像优势,对肾上腺肿瘤的诊断价值有了进一步的提高。同时结合弥散、波谱等一些新技术的应用为肾上腺肿瘤与临床综合征、病理组织类型间的关系提供参考信息。 As an important endocrine organ of human body,adrenal has a significant impact on the physiological function.With imaging and clinical technology development,the adrenal tumors become increasingly common in the clinical work.Especially in recent years,the MRI inspection technology is improving day by day in the abdomen,combining with dynamic enhanced scanning,chemical shift imaging scanning technique,as well as its advantages of all-orientation imaging,the diagnostic value for adrenal tumors has further improved.The application combining with diffusion,spectroscopy and other new technological provides the reference for the study of correlation between the adrenal tumors,the clinical syndrome and pathological types.
