肾结核的影像学诊断进展

Advancement of Imaging in Diagnosis of Renal Tuberculosis

随着医学影像学技术的快速发展,肾结核的检查方法不断增多,不同影像学检查技术对肾结核的诊断具有各自的优缺点,肾结核的影像学变化多样,早期鉴别困难,误诊率较高,对该病的正确诊断是疾病分期及治疗方案选择的关键。现对B超、CT和磁共振成像等影像诊断技术在肾结核应用现状和进展进行综述,以利于临床对影像学检查方法的选择和提高肾结核的影像诊断水平。

With the rapid development of medical imaging technology,renal tuberculosis examination methods have increased,different imaging examinations have own advantages and disadvantages to the diagnosis of renal tuberculosis technology.The early differential diagnosis of renal tuberculosis is difficult with high misdiagnosis rate because the imaging of renal tuberculosis is various,so valid diagnosis is the key to the pathological staging and selection of therapeutic solution.Here is to make a review on the status and progress of ultrasonography,CT and MRI image diagnosis technology in renal tuberculosis,to help the diagnosis method selection and improve renal tuberculosis imaging diagnostic level.
