摘要
针对锡矿山硫化锑矿选矿浮选精矿粒度细、粘度大,原有过滤工艺所得滤饼水分高、精矿脱水成本高的问题,进行了不同压滤机的小型单片过滤试验。试验结果表明,选用XJZ28/1000型高效自动压滤机作为过滤设备,滤饼水分能达到冶炼制粒要求,取消了烘干作业,缩短精矿脱水流程,综合经济效益明显。
The flotation concentrates from antimony sulfide concentrator of Xikuangshan Mine are fine-grained and viscous,and the moisture content in the filter cake obtained by the existing technique is high resulting in a high dewatering cost.Small scale single-piece tests were conducted with different filter presses,and the results show that by using a high-efficient automatic filter press XJZ28/1000,the cake moisture content can be reduced to meet the demand of granulation for metallurgy processes while the dewatering flowsheet can be shortened without the drying process,resulting in obvious comprehensive benefits.
