某极微细粒难选金矿选冶工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 某浸染型金矿嵌布粒度极微细,采用单一浮选或氰化浸出回收率低,回收难度大。对其开展了"浮选-粗精矿+中矿酸浸除杂-尾矿除钙"和"焙烧-氰化浸出"两种选冶联合工艺流程研究,并对不同工艺进行了盈利初评计算。结果表明,二种工艺均可获得金回收率80%以上的优良指标,预期经济效益显著。研究结果可为矿山提供抉择依据。 A disseminated gold ore with ultrafine dissemination size is hard to be reclaimed by using solely flotation or cyanide leaching process resulting in a quite low recovery.Two combined beneficiation-metallurgy technical flowsheets were adopted in the process study,with one consisting of flotation,acid leaching of rough concentrate plus middlings for purification and tailings treatment to remove calcium,the other consisting of roasting and cyanide leaching.The preliminary calculation and evaluation of corresponding profits were conducted for different process.Results show that by both approaches,the gold recovery can attain over 80% with a significant economic profit expected.This study results can provide a reference for other mines to recover similar kind of ores.
