摘要
设计了方柱浸试验以探究滴灌式堆浸的可行性。试验矿样为含铜1.46%的羊拉铜矿,在柱浸试验中定期监测了渗流速度和压力值,同时运用Eviews和Matlab软件进行矿柱渗透性系数变化趋势的分析模拟。结果表明:矿物含泥特性对矿柱渗透性有较大影响,尤其是浸矿初期影响显著;沉淀物的阻塞对矿柱渗透性影响不显著。
A square column leaching experiment was designed to investigate the feasibility of drip irrigation type heap leaching.Taking Yangla copper ore with head assay of 1.46%Cu as ore samples,the seepage velocity and pressure were monitored periodically during column leaching experiment,and the variation trends of seepage coefficient of the ore column were analyzed by simulation with software Eviews and Matlab.The results showed that mud properties of the minerals had a big effect on the penetration of ore column,especially at the initial stage of ore leaching,while no obvious effect was observed by the choking of sediments.
