摘要
研究了4种褐铁矿的烧结性能。结果表明:烧结的适宜焦粉配比随着褐铁矿结晶水含量的升高而升高,当结晶水高时,要获得适宜的烧结矿质量,需要增加焦粉配比;在相同配碳量及相当烧结速度的水分条件下,矿种结晶水含量越高,烧结矿转鼓强度越低。利用铁矿石成矿及成矿过程液相渗透行为实验研究了影响烧结矿转鼓强度的原因。结果表明:结晶水脱除后铁矿石出现很多孔洞,烧结过程液相会渗透到孔洞中,孔洞数量多则渗透到孔洞中的液相增多,用于粘结作用的液相则减少了,这是烧结矿转鼓强度低的一个重要原因。
The sintering properties of four types of limonite were studied.The results showed that the suitable coke ratio for sintering rose with the increase of the content of crystal water.The coke ratio should be increased to get satisfied sinter quality when the content of the crystal water was high.Under the conditions of same coke ratio and sintering speed,the higher the crystal water content,the lower the drum strength of the sinter.The factors affecting the drum strength was investigated by the experiments on mineralization of iron ore and permeation behavior of the liquid phase during the mineralization.The results showed that holes appeared in the iron ore after the removal of the crystal water.The liquid phase penetrated into the holes during the sintering.More holes would increase the liquid phase penetrated into the holes and decrease the liquid phase for bonding.This was an important reason why the sinter drum strength reduced.
