摘要
以云南华坪煤为还原剂,采用还原焙烧-酸浸法处理云南某氧化锰矿,研究了工艺参数对锰浸出率的影响。实验表明,在煤用量为15%、焙烧温度为800℃、焙烧时间为30 min、硫酸用量为理论用量的110%、液固比为5∶1、常温浸出60 min的条件下,处理-2 mm的氧化锰矿,Mn浸出率达到94.25%。采用该工艺处理-4 mm的氧化锰矿,Mn浸出率为94.04%。
A test was conducted on Yunnan manganese oxide ore by using reduction roasting-acid leaching process,with the coal from Huaping in Yunnan Province as reductant,in order to study the influence of process parameters on the leaching rate of manganese.The test results showed that the manganese oxide ore with grain size of-2 mm was roasted at a temperature of 800 ℃ with a coal blending ratio of 15%,sulfuric acid consumption being 110% of theoretical amount and liquid-solid ratio of 5∶1,then leached at a room temperature for 60 min,the leaching rate of manganese reached 94.25%.Later,manganese oxide ores with grain size of-4 mm was treated with the same process,resulting in the manganese leaching rate of 94.04%.
