摘要
目的:对不同产地三棱药材的质量进行综合评价,建立三棱药材质量评价方法。方法:采用主成分分析、相似度分析法及聚类分析,对产自安徽黄山、安徽巢湖、浙江金华、浙江东阳、湖北石首、湖南岳阳、江西新余、江苏南京、河南郑州、河南新乡的三棱药材HPLC特征图谱进行分析。结果:10个产地三棱相似度在0.834~0.992之间,聚类分析表明,产自江西新余、江苏南京、安徽黄山、安徽巢湖的三棱样品首先聚为一类,为野生,生长环境相似;产自浙江东阳和湖南石首的样品聚为一类,为栽培品种,产区相邻,气候生态比较接近。综合主成分分析,得出4个主因子,其累计方差贡献率达89.29%,第一主因子的方差贡献率为40.1%,并评价出产自湖南岳阳三棱药材的质量较其他产区采集购买的三棱药材为优。结论:综合主成分分析可用于中药三棱多指标的质量评价。
Objective:To establish methods of evaluating the quality of Sparganii Rhizoma.Methods:The principal components,similarity,cluster analysis were applied to analyze HPLC fingerprint of Sparganii Rhizoma samples from ten different locality of growth,including Mount huang(Anhui Province),Chaohu(Anhui Province),Jinhua(Zhejiang Province),Dyang(Zhejiang Province),Shishou(Hubei Province),Yueyang(Hunan Province),Xinyu(Jiangxi Province),Nanjing(Jiangsu Province),Zhengzhou(Henan Province),Xinxiang(Henan Province).Results:The fingerprint chromatograph of ten samples showed good similarity between 0.834 and 0.992.Four principal components which accounted for 89.29% of total variance were extracted from the original data.The first factor accounted for 40.1% of the total variance.The results of cluster analysis showed that wild samples were clustered reasonably into one group.Their growing environment was similar. Conlusion:The principal components analyses can be used for quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine Sparganii Rhizoma.
