摘要
介绍了国内外电镀锌钢板钝化技术的发展,对无铬钝化处理的研究现状进行了概述。结合近年来导电聚合物有机膜钝化的研究应用现状,综述了导电聚合物的结构与性能、防腐蚀机理和制备方法,同时指出导电聚合物的研究发展方向。
The advance of the passivation technique on zinc-electroplated steel at home and aboard was introduced. The present research situation of non-chromium passivation was summarized. Combining with the recent research and application of conducting polymers, the structures, properties, anti-corrosion mechanism and preparation methods of conducting polymers were reviewed. In addition, the investigation direction to be improved was also pointed out.
