The Basic Philosophical Paradigm of International Security ——International Security Issues in Traditional Concepts of International Relations and Their Current Significance

本文认为对现实主义、理性主义、革命主义三大国际关系思想传统的界定 ,提供了构设国际安全基本哲理范式的出发点或框架。借鉴与理性主义传统相关的自然法观念 ,可以对国际安全予以应有的哲理定义 ;现实主义者或理性主义者为追求国际安全而信奉的 (均势、商业和平、民主和平、国际集体安全或法制和平 )基本途径 ,在理论上和实践上 ,既有其合理性 ,也存在着弊端 ;从受革命主义传统影响的人类共同体视野来观察 ,国际安全在当今时代急剧扩展。

The traditional definition of realism, rationalism and revolutionism provides the starting point and the framework for the basic philosophical paradigm of international security. Using the concept of the natural law related to the rationalist tradition, we can gain a proper philosophical definition of international security. The basic approaches upheld by realists and rationalists in their pursuit of international security (balance, commercial peace, democratic peace, international collective security and legal peace) have both positive and negative aspects in both theory and practice. From the perspective of the human community under the influence of the revolutionary tradition, the sphere of international security is rapidly expanding in modern times. This category of international security should be brought into a new field global security, which is both related to and different from national security and international security.
