湖南省农村劳动力转移对城乡收入差距的影响

Influence on Urban-Rural Income Gap Caused by the Transfer to City of Rural Labors in Hunan

文章以湖南省2001-2010年的数据为研究对象,以劳动力转移、城市化率、农村人口GDP增长和第一产业比值占GDP比重等4个因素为解释变量,构建多元回归模型对湖南省农村劳动力转移对城乡收入差距的影响进行实证研究。结果显示,由于政策、经济等方面的原因,湖南省城乡收入差距呈扩大趋势,最后进行讨论并提出了缩小城乡之间收入差距的对策。

Taking 10 years＇ data of Hunan province from 2001-2010 as the research object and the factors of labor transfer,urbanization level,GDP growth of rural population and the proportion of primary industry in GDP as explanatory variables,this paper has an empirical study on the income gap between the urban and rural areas of Hunan province by constructing the multiple regression model.The study indicates that due to the policy and economy,the income gap shows an enlarging trend in Hunan province.At the end it discusses and suggests some countermeasures to narrow down the income gap.
