The Development of Supervision by Public Opinion on Local Television Media

近年来,地方电视媒体舆论监督发展很快,成绩不菲。但也面临舆论监督不够,质量不高的困境,存在某些权力放大的畸形发展趋势,这是由外部环境的局限和内部机制的不健全所致。要想突破发展瓶颈,需要政府转变观念,给媒体营造良好的舆论监督氛围。媒体内部则要完善舆论监督机制;突出特色,树立品牌;加强自身职业道德建设,提高公信力。只有内外兼修,媒体才能充分发挥监督作用。

In recent years,the programs of supervision by public opinion have developed rapidly and a lot of achievements have been acquired.However,because of the restriction of external circumstances and the imperfection of internal mechanism,the programs face difficulties such as inefficient or poor supervision by public opinion and they are also confronted with the malformed development that the power is magnified.To break through the bottleneck,the government should change its concept and create right atmosphere for the supervision by public opinion.As for the media,they should perfect the mechanism,highlight its characteristics,establish its brand image,strengthen the construction of its professional morality and enhance the credibility.Therefore,the media could give full play to its supervision.
