需要理论视野下本科生参与科研的激励机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 本科生参与科研对大学生专业学习的促进和提高、高校综合性创新人才培养及促进科研事业的发展均有着重要的作用。从马斯洛的需要理论出发,本科生参与科研的机制主要有成果激励、协作激励、文化激励、竞争激励和职业激励等方面。高校应该针对不同需要的本科生建立不同的激励机制。
