廊坊市“十一五”主要污染物总量减排成效研究

Major Pollutants Emission Reduction Amount of Langfang during "11th Five-Year Plan"

截至2010年末,廊坊市主要污染物总量减排工作顺利完成"十一五"目标任务。环境质量明显改善:环境空气质量稳定达到国家二级标准,综合污染指数降低20.2%;境内河流主要污染指标浓度值均有所下降,境内主要河流全部实现出境断面水质好于入境断面水质,整体水环境质量得到根本好转。"十一五"期间污染物的减排主要以SO_2和COD为主,NH_3-N和NO_x等重要的污染物尚未得到同步有效控制,机动车污染源和农业污染源的污染减排也未得到同等的重视。

By the end of 2010, Langfang City has achieved the total emission control targets for the ＂1 lth Five - Year Plan＂ period （2006 -2010）. The environmental quality has significant improvement. Air quality reaches the national secondary standard and comprehensive pollution index decreased by 20. 2%. The pollution concentration index values for main rivers in the territory decreased. Of all the major rivers, water quality in the exit section is better than in the entry section, while the overall water environmental quality has achieved fundamental improvement. During the period of ＂1 lth Five -Year Plan＂, the main pollutants were SO2 and COD, hut NH3 - N and NOx were not effectively controlled. Motor vehicle pollution and agricultural pollution sources did not receive due attention.
