Analyze on Necessity and Feasibility of Environmental Education Legislation in China

环境教育立法是以教育、环境教育、环境教育立法等现代科学为基础形成的,是实现环境教育的根本途径和法律保障。作为环境教育的重要保障,环境教育立法,对环境保护起了巨大的推动作用,具有一定的合理性和现实性。本文从中国环境教育立法存在的不足入手,着重分析了中国当前环境教育立法实践的必要性与可行性,旨在为中国环境教育立法工作提供可以参考借鉴的理论依据。

Based on modem sciences of education and environmental education, environmental education legislation is a major measure and legal protection to realize environmental education. As an important guarantee for environmental education, environmental education legislation prompted the development of environmental protection with reasonable and practical measures. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of China＇s environmental education legislation based on its shortcomings in a bid to provide referential theory for this field in China.
