摘要
建设项目竣工环境保护验收中废水监测的目的是为了全面的反映项目建成投产后废水中各类污染物的排放浓度和排放量,及时检验环保设施是否正常运行和是否能够达到初步设计的要求,准确地评价所排废水中各项污染物是否达到国家规定的相应标准。
The wastewater monitoring in environmental protection acceptance of construction projects is designed to reflect the discharge concentration and quantity of various pollutants after the project was completed or put into production. It aims to check whether the environmental protection facilities can guarantee the normal operation, reach requirement of preliminary design and assess whether the pollutants in wastewater reach the state standards.
