Experiences and Suggestions on Environmental Monitoring in Final Acceptance of Constriction Project

结合几年来实际工作中获得的一些经验,对建设项目竣工环境保护验收监测中的几个关键点进行了深入探讨和分析,在此基础上,进一步指出了其中普遍存在的问题。同时,本文还针对工作实际与相关法律法规、监测技术规范和标准,提出了相应的建议,为建设项目竣工环境保护验收工作提供有效借鉴。

Based on the experiences obtained in real practice, this study discusses several key points of environmental monitoring in final acceptance of construction projects. The problems generally existed in the procedure were uncovered. Related suggestions were made in accordance with practical works, related laws, rules and monitoring technology standards in a bid to provide useful references for the procedure.
