摘要
采用离子色谱法和离子选择电极法对地表水中的氟化物的测定作比对。离子色谱法测定范围是0.06mg/L^10 mg/L,方法检出限为0.02mg/L,精密度为1.3%。电极法测定范围是0.05~1 900 mg/L,方法检出限为0.02 mg/L,精密度为1.7%。两种方法线性相关性及检出限相当,具有很好的可比性,且均能满足日常地表水的监测需要。离子色谱法虽然测定时间长于电极法,但自动化程度及数据处理效率均优于电极法。当需要同时分析CI^-、NO_2^-、NO_3^-、SO_4^(2-)等阴离子时,离子色谱法显示出其优越性,能大大提高工作效率。
This study established a method to compare the performances of ion chromatography and ion selective electrode method in determining fluoride in surface water. Linearity of ion chromatography ranged from 0. 06 mg/L to 10 mg/L, detection limit 0. 02 mg/L and precision 1.3%. Linearity of electrode method ranged from 0. 05 mg/L to 1900 mg/L, detection limit 0. 02 mg/L and precision 1.7%. The two methods had equal linear correlation and detection limit. They had good comparability and were able to meet the daily needs of surface water monitoring. Though the determination time of ion chromatography was longer than that of electrode method, its degree of automation and data processing efficiency were better. When it was needed to analysis anions like Cl^- , NO2^- , NO3^- and SO4^2-, ion chromatography showed its superiority, which improved the efficiency greatly.
