摘要
目的探讨高频彩超检查对阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法回顾60例阑尾炎患者术前高频超声检查结果,并与术后病理检查结果对比。结果急性单纯性阑尾炎38例,急性化脓性阑尾炎5例,急性坏疽性穿孔性阑尾炎8例(5例伴周围脓肿),慢性阑尾炎3例,漏诊6例。总符合率为90%。结论高频彩超对诊断阑尾炎有重要的价值,对临床治疗起到很有效的指导作用。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of appendicitis with high frequency color Doppler ultrasound（HFCDUS）.Methods The HFCDUS features of 60 patients with appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed and correlated with postoperative pathological findings.Results There were acute simple appendicitis（38 cases）,acute suppurative appendicitis（5 cases）,acute perforated appendicitis complicated with gangrene（8 cases） including of peri-appendiceal abscess（5 cases）,chronic appendicitis（3 cases） and miss diagnosis（6 cases）.54 cases of 60 patients were detected with HFCDUS（90%）.Conclusion HFCDUS is very important in the diagnosis of appendicitis,which very effentive in the clinical treatment.
