改良小梁切除术治疗青光眼临床分析

Modified trabeculectomy for glaucoma

目的观察改良式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的手术疗效。方法 52例52眼青光眼患者采用改良小粱切除术,观察术后视力、前房、眼压、滤过泡、泪膜及其他并发症的情况。结果术后眼压控制好,手术后有38只眼压为优,有6只眼压为良,优良率为84.62%。功能滤过泡形成佳,前房形成快,滤过泡渗漏、低眼压、浅前房、前房积血、脉络膜脱离手术并发症减少。结论现代改良小梁切除术治疗青光眼安全性高,创伤小,手操作简便,术后并发症少,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Objective To observe the modified trabeculectomy for treatment of glaucoma with the operation effect.Methods 52 cases（52 eyes） of patients with glaucoma with modified trabeculectomy,postoperative visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber,filtering bleb,tear film and other complications.Results Postoperative intraocular pressure control after operation,had 38 eyes and pressure for the gifted,there were only 6 IOP was good,the excellent and good rate was 84.62%.Functional filtering bleb formation,formation of anterior chamber fast,bleb leakage,low intraocular pressure,shallow anterior chamber,hyphema,choroidal detachment operation complications.Conclusion The modified trabeculectomy in treatment of glaucoma with high security,small trauma,hand has the advantages of simple operation,less postoperative complications,it is worth using in base hospital.
