同机低剂量CT在肺通气/灌注SPECT显像诊断肺栓塞中的临床价值探讨 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析同机低剂量CT在肺通气/灌注SPECT显像诊断肺栓塞的临床应用价值。方法选取本院从2011年10月至2012年5月112例疑似肺栓塞患者的肺通气/灌注SPECT显像与同机低剂量CT的临床资料,并对其进行3个月的随访,然后依据相关标准对患者作临床诊断,并对其肺通气/灌注SPECT的显像,以及同机低剂量CT对PE的诊断的效能进行相关评价。结果经过诊断,在这112例患者中有32例是肺栓塞,约占总体的28.57%。肺通气/灌注SPECT显像在诊断肺栓塞方面的准确度为92.33%,特异性为89.97%,灵敏度为93.48%,而且没有出现任何"不确定"的结果。结论同机低剂量CT对于肺栓塞的鉴别与诊断具有重要价值。
