Study on Stuck and Unstuck of Well Testing Instrument in YB103H Well

在YB103H井高压高产高含硫气井试井仪器遇卡解卡施工处理、分析的基础上,论述了在高压气井试井过程中存在仪器遇天然气水合物卡的可能,提出了在高压气井试井仪器入井前要净化井筒、消除形成天然气水合物的物质条件,避免出现仪器被井内天然气水合物所卡,提出了出现这种类型的仪器遇卡后解卡、油管解堵的办法,从油管内注乙二醇或从仪器遇卡位置之下的油管环空处加热,循环热水的办法解卡。

YB103H well is the high pressure,high yield,high content of sour gas well.Based on operating process and analysis of stuck and unstuck for the well testing instrument,the possibility of the instrument to be stuck by natural gas hydrate in high pressure gas well is discussed.It is presented that when testing in high pressure gas well,the well bore should be purified before the apparatus into wells to eliminate the physical condition forming natural gas hydrate,avoid occurring stuck situation.Methods of unstuck and releasing plug for tubing appearing stuck of the similar instrument are presented.
