配合CO_2压裂的试油施工常见问题及对策

Common Problems and Countermeasures for Oil Testing Operation Coordinating CO_2 Fracturing.

由于CO2与普通压裂液性质存在很大差别,压裂施工中的低温效应,放喷过程中的迅速气化造成的冻堵及腐蚀,以及排液过程中气体的影响等极大地影响了试油施工。针对采用CO2压裂而出现的现场工程问题,从压裂排液管柱、地面流程及抽汲排液求产工艺等方面进行了优化设计并采取了一系列措施,保证了CO2压裂施工及后续排液求产的顺利进行。

Because of big difference between CO2 properties and conventional fracturing fluid's,that of low temperature on fracturing construction,the effect of freeze blockage and corrosion caused by rapid gasification during blowout,and the gas effects in liquid discharging process and so on greatly influences the oil test operation.For the field engineering problems caused by use of CO2 fracturing,the design is optimized and a series of measures are taken from pipe string of fracturing fluid discharge,surface process and swabbing fluid discharge production process etc.which ensures the operations of CO2 fracturing and subsequent discharge production smoothly.
