摘要
对安顺市烤烟育苗阶段TMV感染方式、传播途径、烟苗易感TMV时期及烟苗不同部位TMV含量进行研究。结果表明:摩擦和剪叶均能有效感染及传播TMV,其中剪叶传播TMV机率极高。以蒸馏水稀释病毒汁液,从160~2560倍均能将病毒接种至烟苗,且随着接种浓度的降低,烟苗所表现的症状逐渐减轻,同时随着剪叶次数的增加,所检测样品的OD值也在逐渐增大,说明随着剪叶等农事操作的进行,烟草普通花叶病毒TMV会快速传播。而烟苗不同部位TMV病毒含量的检测结果表明,叶片带毒量比茎部带毒量高。
The ways of infecting and spreading,the quantity detection of TMV in different seedling tissues,the susceptible periods in Anshun City were studied. The results indicated that both friction and clipping inoculation could infect and spread TMV effectively, and very high efficiency was achieved when inoculated by clipping. With deionized water dilution ,TMV could be inoculated onto tobacco seedlings when the dilutions from 160X to 2 560X were used. The disease symptom presented by tobacco seedlings was lightened gradually, corresponding to the decreasing of inoculation density. However, it became bigger for the optical density value in detected samples with the clipping numbers increasing, which showed that TMV would spread rapidly during the agricultural actions such as clipping.The virus quantity in leaves was higher than that of stems ,which was implied by the detection resuh of TMV in various seedling tissues.
