摘要
以牛樟当年生幼嫩枝条带腋芽茎段为外植体,通过4种基本培养基和16种激素浓度组合的试验,研究牛樟组培快繁技术,结果表明:适宜的诱导培养基为改良的MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,增殖培养基为改良的MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L,生根培养基为1/2改良的MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L,移栽基质为70%无菌的红心土+30%河砂,移栽成活率可达90%以上。
Using the nods with axillary buds of annual shoot of Cinnomomum kanehirae Hayata as explants ,,the test studied tissue culture of Cinnamomum kanehirae Hayata with 4 basic culture mediums and 16 kinds of combination hormone concentratinns.The results indicated that the appropriate euhure media was the improved MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L, the suitable generation-continuing multiplication was the improved MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L,the rooting culture medium was the improved I/2MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L,transplanting substrate was 70% sterile red earth plus+30% river sand ,transplant survival rate exceeded 90%.
