摘要
以高山杜鹃RED JACK的无菌芽苗为材料,研究外源激素对高山杜鹃RED JACK试管苗生根的影响。结果表明:在不添加生长素的1/4MS培养基上,有3%的试管苗生根,添加IBA、NAA及IBA+NAA复合物对试管苗生根均有明显的促进作用,理想的生根培养基是:1/4MS+NAA 1.20 mg/L+IBA 1.20 mg/L,添加蔗糖30 g/L,活性炭10 g/L,琼脂5 g/L,pH值5.5,生根率达78%。
Using evergreen Rhododendron hybrids RED JACK micro-propagation shoots as material,the test studied the effects of exogenous plant hormones on shoots rooting in vitro.The results showed that the 1/4MS medium without auxins was able to induce roots,but the rooting rate was only 3%.The rooting frequency improved significantly with the addition of IBA、NAA and IBA+NAA complexes.The optimal rooting medium was 1/4 MS+NAA 1.20 mg/L+ IBA 1.20 mg/L,adding sugar 30 g/L,activated carbon 10 g/L,agar 5 g/L,pH 5.5,in which rooting rate was 78%.
