摘要
通过研究不同因子对蓝百合芽诱导的影响,探索蓝百合芽诱导的最佳方法,成功建立了蓝百合组培无菌体系。结果表明:外植体消毒方法以先用75%酒精消毒20 s,再以0.1%升汞消毒8 min为最佳;最佳诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L。
The effects of different factors on bud induction of Agapanthus preaco ssp.orentalis′Big Blue′were studied in this test.The results showed that the best sanitize way was 75% alcohol 20 s,0.1% HgCl2 8 min,the initial culture medium was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L.
