基于水资源循环经济理念的水资源可持续利用探讨

Discussion on Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources Based on Concept of Water Circular Economy

水资源作为一种具有经济和社会特征的自然资源,必须走资源开发利用可持续之路。以低消耗、低排放、高效率、高效益为基本特征的水资源循环经济是实现水资源开发利用可持续、生态环境可持续的重要途径。基于水资源循环经济的理念,探讨水资源可持续利用的原则与模式,初步提出水资源循环经济可持续利用的保障体系。

As a kind of natural resources with economic and social characteristics,water resources must be on the road of sustainable development and utilization. With the basic characteristic of low consumption ,low emissions ,high efficiency and high economy efficiency ,the water circular economy is an ecological environment and sustainable ways to achieve sustainable development and utilization of water resources. Based on the concept of circular economy of water resources ,the principle and mode of sustainable utilization of water resources were explored. Then ,the security system of the sustainable utilization of water resources circular economy was initially proposed.
