摘要 分别用0、50、100、150、200、250、300 mmol/L的NaCl溶液对3种菊苣种子进行处理,并对发芽率、发芽势、根长、苗长和鲜重等生理指标进行研究。结果表明:种子萌发率与NaC1浓度呈明显的负相关。150 mmol/L的NaCl浓度为菊苣种子耐盐半致死浓度,250 mmol/L的NaCl浓度为菊苣种子耐盐极限浓度。100 mmol/L的NaCl对菊苣种子萌发后的生长影响显著。 Solutions of NaC1 concentration of 0 mmol/L ,50 mmol/L, 100 mmol/L, 150 mmol/L ,200 mmol/L,250 mmol/L,300 mmol/L were used to handle the three chicory seeds, the physiological indicators such as germination rate ,germinability, root length, seedling length and fresh weight of chicory were studied.Results indicated that seed germination rate and concentration of NaC1 showed a significant negative correlation. 150 mmol/L NaC1 was semi-lethal salt concentration for chicory seeds. 250 mmol/L NaC1 was the limit salt concentration for chicory seeds. The effect of 100 mmol/L NaC1 on the growth after seed germination of chicory was significant.
