基于BIM的大型工程项目信息管理研究

大型工程项目自身的特点决定了其巨大的信息量,如果对其信息管理不善,将会使项目中信息传递的效率和准确度大大降低,从而造成整个工程项目管理的低效率。本文认为,对项目信息进行管理的关键是信息的集成,而信息集成的重要途径就是项目中建筑信息模型(building information model BIM)的构建。在分析了大型工程信息管理的特点后,介绍了建筑信息模型的概念,在此基础上研究了基于建筑信息模型进行的大型工程项目信息管理,最后讨论了在大型工程项目中成功地利用建筑信息模型进行信息管理的关键要素。

Large-scale projects＇ own characteristics determine its＇ huge amount of information. If its information lack of management, that will make the efficiency and accuracy of the transmission of information greatly reduced, resulting in the low efficiency of the project management. This article holds that the integration of information is the key to the information management of projects, and an important way of information integration is to construct building information model. After analyzing the characteristics of information management of the large-scale projects, this article introduced the concept of the building information model. On the basis of that, this article researched information management of the large-scale projects based on the building information model, and finally discussed the suggestions of successful uses of building information model in information management of large-scale projects.
