摘要 本文主要针对孔群零件数控加工路径优化问题加以探讨和研究,力求合理安排工序、优化设计走刀路径,获得较高的加工效率。孔群加工路径规划对于提高多孔类零件的加工效率和质量具有重要意义,可以明显提高数控加工的效率、降低加工成本。 This article analyses the hole group parts NC mach'ining path optimization problem to be explored and studied, and strive to make reasonable arrangements to process optimization design tool path, high processing efficiency. Holes machining path planning is of great significance to improve the processing efficiency and quality of the porous parts, can significantly improve the the CNC processing efficiency and reduce processing costs.
