摘要
高校党支部书记肩负支部日常工作的领导、组织、协调、监督的重任,在高校建设发展中起着承上启下的桥梁纽带作用和坚固基础的作用,其地位和作用不可替代。本文通过校内外广泛的问卷调查和个别访谈,分析研究新形势下高校教师党支部书记队伍存在的问题及其原因,提出加强高校教师党支部书记队伍建设的基本思路。
