摘要
大学是一个以人才培养为重任的场所。大学人才培养目标正在从"精英"向"精英与大众并存"转化。无论哪一种人才培养方式,只要尊重教育规律与时代要求都会取得成功。当前我国的大学在人才培养定位方面存在着混乱现象。其原因一是和我国高等教育的发展阶段相关,二是与大学对自身社会责任的认识不清晰相关。大众化背景下我国大学在人才培养策略选择上有着与政府、社会等利益博弈关系。
The university is a place to taking the talent cultivation as the task. The talent training goal of univer- sity is from ＂the elite＂ to ＂the coexistence of the elite and the mass conversion＂. No matter which kind of train- ing talent mode will be succeed as long as we respect the laws of education and the requirements of the times. At present, the phenomenon of confusion and confused exists in talent cultivation orientation in our country univer- sity. One of the reasons is regarding to the current situation and development stage of China＇s higher education, the other reason related with their social responsibility awareness of the university itself is not clearly. Under the background of popularization, the universities of our country have the interest^s game relation with the gov- ernment and society in the talent training strategies.
