委托代理理论在高等教育中的应用

Theory's Application of Principal-agent in Higher Education

大学与政府机构的关系一直困扰着高等教育理论界,其中很重要的一个原因在于缺乏一种理论分析框架。委托代理理论起初是一种经济学理论,后来被多个学科广泛引入。在高等教育领域应用委托代理理论,首先是从委托代理理论的两种最基本的分析视角——经济学和政治学视角来阐释高等教育现象,然后从委托代理理论解读教育政策及其制定、大学管理中存在的"规避责任"、委托代理理论对高教管理系统的阐释、不同委托者的不同影响等四个方面阐述委托代理理论在高等教育领域的应用。

The relationship between university and government agencies has been plagued with theory circle of higher education, one of the important reasons is lacking of a theoretical analysis framework. The principal-a- gent theory is an economic theory at first, and then widely introduced into multiple disciplines. To apply the principal-agent theory in the field of higher education, firstly, we should explain the phenomenon of higher edu- cation from the angle of economics and politics which are the two basic analysis angle of the principal-agent theo ry, then explain the application of the principal-agent theory in the field of higher education from the four as pects of the principal-agent theory on education policy and its formulation, the ＂fainaigue＂ exists in university management, the interpretation of higher education management system by the principal-agent theory, the dif- ferent effects of the different consignors.
