U-68改革是瑞典高等教育史上一次重要的改革,研究U-68改革具有重要的借鉴价值。通过分析U-68改革的背景和改革的动因,介绍U-68改革的具体措施,从精英教育与大众化教育并存、职业教育与通识教育两种教育模式并存、实行公正的高等教育招生政策、促进高等教育国际化的同时也要注重本土化四个方面得出U-68改革的启示,为我国高等教育改革发展提供了可资借鉴的地方。

U-68 reform is an important reform in Swedish higher education history,Studying of U-68 reform has an important reference value. Through the analysis of the U-68 reform background and motivation for the reform, introduce the U-68 specific reform measures, the article provides reference for the development of Chinese higher education reform from four respects of U-68 reform enlightenment in the elite education and mass education coexist, the two education mode coexist of occupation education and general education, imple- menting the fair enrollment policy of higher education, promoting the internationalization of higher education as well as pay attention to the localization.
