河南省民办高校教师工作满意度现状实证研究

Research of Teachers' Job Satisfaction Status and Countermeasure of Private College in Henan

通过对河南省部分市6所民办高校181名教师进行工作满意度的问卷调查,从民办高校教师的实际出发,采用多种方法对河南省民办高校教师工作满意度现状进行分析,结果表明:(1)河南省民办高校教师整体工作满意度中等偏上,但不是很高;(2)年龄、职称在河南省民办高校教师工作满意度上存在显著差异;(3)性别、学历在河南省民办高校教师工作满意度上差异不显著。并根据该结果提出四点建议:(1)加大教师参与管理的力度,增强教师主人翁意识;(2)建立公平合理的工资改革制度,提高教师物质待遇;(3)优化教师工作环境,营造和谐校园氛围;(4)加强教师专业发展,关心青年教师成长。

Through the questionnaire for 181 teachers＇ job satisfaction of 6 private colleges and universities in some cities of Henan province, start from the actually, the article analyzed teachers＇ job satisfaction of private college in Henan province by using a variety of methods, the results show that： firstly, the degree of teachers＇ job satisfaction of private college in Henan Province is moderate, but the degree is not very high secondly, the age and professional titles had significant difference in private college teachers＇ job satisfaction of Henan province thirdly, the gender and education background had not significantly different in teachers＇ job satisfac- tion degree of private colleges in Henan province. According to the results, the article puts forward four sugges- tions firstly, to increase teachers＇ involvement in the management and enhance teachers＇ sense of ownership secondly, to establish fair and reasonable salary reform system and improve reachers＇ material benefits thirdly, to optimize the teachers＇ working environment and create a harmonious campus atmosphere~ fourthly, to strengthen the professional development of teachers and care for the growing up of young teachers.
